Janelle Monáe Preps New Single Feat. Erykah Badu On “Q.U.E.E.N.”

Janelle Monáe has a royal treat for her fans. The singer has teamed up with Erykah Badu on “Q.U.E.E.N.,” the first release from her upcoming album The Electric Lady.

She teased the special announcement with an animated image. The song will debut on Monday, April 22, at 7:54 p.m. EST on her official website.

If you’re in the desert this weekend, you can catch Janelle at Coachella on Saturday at 10:45 p.m. at the Gobi Tent.

Due later this year, The Electric Lady marks the follow-up to 2010′s The ArchAndroid.
