Now the hip-hop kings take us behind the scenes of the recording process with their intimate documentary. There are rare moments captured on camera including when ‘Ye presents his big bro Jay with a ring that he bought at a vintage store in Paris. Oscar winner Russell Crowe appears in the hotel while Kanye raps his verse from “Illest Motherf**ker Alive.” Even Beyoncé makes a cameo.

A proud Jay-Z reflected on Kanye’s rise to becoming one of hip-hop’s greatest.

“I’m watching a guy who I pretty much mentored become his own guy with his own opinion. It’s fantastic,” he said.
