Karate Kid Ralph Macchio lived to fight another day on Dancing With The Stars last night as actor Romeo was kicked off the reality show.

Romeo and partner Chelsie Hightower became the latest couple to be sent packing on Tuesday’s results programme.

The 22-year-old star was gracious in defeat, saying after the result was announced: ‘We went out with a bang, you know.’

Referring to his tango and salsa routines from Monday’s show, he added:

‘That’s the most fun I had in my life yesterday.’

He continued: ‘This show has changed my life forever’

‘I was terrified of dancing. I didn’t dance at my own prom, I turned down a lot of movies because I was terrified of dancing…I think I showed kids, anything is possible if you try.’
