‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ star Joseline Hernandez reps for her native Puerto Rico in her debut video, ‘Mi Colta.’
Before the visual begins, a quote from the rapper appears onscreen.
“As a kid growing up in Puerto Rico, I use to run on glass in the street because my mom couldn’t afford to buy me shoes. I’m glad those days are over.”
Fittingly, Hernandez uses her Timberland boots to stomp glass on the ground as she walks through the streets of Ponco, PR. Wearing a bandeau top decorated with the Puerto Rico flag, she sashays her way through the streets of her old neighborhood as she spits rhymes over the sinister beat produced by Slade Da Monsta and the Good Guy.
Rapper Fly Dantoni shows up for a guest verse while her boo Stevie J has a few cameos in the clip.
