Last night, rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny were arrested after cops allegedly found a “small amount” of ecstasy pills in their Maybach. Now TMZ is saying that officials are “in the process” of determining whether or not they will revoke T.I.’s probation and send him back to prison to serve some “serious prison time.” T.I. was still on probation on weapons charges following a seven month stint in prison.

“The probation office is in the process of determining what happened and will make a recommendation regarding Mr. Harris when they have all the facts,” U.S. Attorney Sally Quillian Yates told TMZ.

T.I.’s probation officer has asked him to return to Atlanta immediately.

DO YOU THINK T.I. IS GOING BACK TO JAIL?

T.I.’s Lawyer Responds:

According to Mr. Thomas, he is yet to be made fully aware of details involved with the case.

“Without knowing what the basis for the arrest is, what the facts and the circumstances surrounding the arrests are, it is very difficult to know really what your worst-case scenario is,” he explained. “There may be no severity to this matter at all. There may not be any validity to this matter at all. So I think the best thing for us to do is to adequately investigate the circumstances and the facts and remain optimistic that whatever has happened will be favorably resolved.”
