Twitter’s favorite comedian Lil Duval was forced to spend his Christmas holiday on lockdown According to the Dekalb County Sheriff’s website, it wasn’t a joke. Lil Duval (a.k.a. Roland Powell) was indeed arrested for failure to appear in court on a previous charge. A Grand Hustle employee tells us that the warrant stems from a minor traffic charge in Clay County in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL, just south of Duval County for which the comedian is named. True to form, he just had a sense of humor about the situation.
