Yes! ABC has picked up Mark Burnett’s Shark Tank for a third season. The show has held up solidly on ultra tough Friday nights this season. And in fact, Burnett tells EW he’s offered to appear on the show next season as a guest shark.

“If we get a season three, I’ll personally go on it — as long as its legal,” the producer said. “I would not be able to know who the people were pitching. When I’m producing Shark Tank I’m kicking myself, why didn’t I have a shot at these ideas.”

Next season may also see a continuation of having other high-profile guest sharks, and everybody seems interested in having Mark Cuban, who was a stand out during his two guest spots this season, continue to participate. Shark Tank aired its second season finale last night.
