Justin Timberlake and Jay Z made history with their “Legends of the Summer” stadium tour. But on Wednesday, Timberlake reemerged solo to kick off his “20/20 Experience World Tour” at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

Following opening act The Weeknd (who will join him on five more dates), the pop superstar took the stage. Clad in a black-and-white tuxedo by Tom Ford, he opened with “Pusher Love Girl.”

“Brooklyn, are you ready?” asked JT.

With some help from his band, JT & the Tennessee Kids, he performed material off Parts 1 and 2 of The 20/20 Experience, the latter of which was recently certified platinum. He also dug into his catalog with hits like “Like I Love You” and “Señorita,” plus a cover of Bell Biv DeVoe’s “Poison,” complete with choreography.

At one point, he spotted his friend Jimmy Fallon in the audience.

“Hey Jimmy, #Wasted… #DoYouTapeTomorrow, #IHopeNot,” he joked in reference to their “Late Night” skit.

The global tour travels across the U.S. and Canada through March before heading to Europe in the spring.

Watch JT bring his “20/20 Experience” to Brooklyn on opening night.
