Jay-Z is Having an International Party For His 40th B-Day

We have learned that Jay-Z is having an international affair to celebrate his 40th birthday next week.  An insider from his camp accidentally spilled to us that Jay and his celebrity friends (and likely his wife and her fam) are traveling to the Dominican Republic to party it up.  We hear Diddy, Kevin Liles, Ty Ty, and many other folks are heading to the Caribbean with him.  And they’re all getting together to get Mr. Carter a very special gift.  Nice! -Theybf
