Ciara returns to the charts this week. The R&B singer’s sixth album Jackie opens at No. 17 on the Billboard 200.

Led by the hit single “I Bet,” Jackie moved 25,000 units in its first week (19,900 in sales). It marks Ciara’s lowest first-week sales of her decade-long career. Her previous set, 2013’sCiara, opened at No. 2 with sales of 59,000.

Tech N9ne comes in at No. 4 with his 15th album Special Effects, which shifted 66,000 units and earns his biggest sales week yet with 58,000. Released independently via Tech N9ne’s Strange Music, Special Effects includes the Eminem-assisted “Speedom.”

Elsewhere in the top 10 is the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack (No. 6, 53,000) and theFurious 7 soundtrack (No. 7, 46,000). Sam Smith’s In the Lonely Hour holds steady at No. 8 (39,000) and Ed Sheeran’s x rises 11-10 with 36,000.
