The Carters are taking over the Hamptons.

After purchasing a multi-million dollar Bel-Air mansion, Beyoncé and JAY-Z have reportedly dropped $26 million on a Hamptons home.

TMZ reports that the Carters have purchased a 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom crib in East Hampton, where they’ll have a 12,000-square-foot property on two acres of land.

According to the report, the lavish home also comes with scenic views of the Georgica Pond, luxurious, Italian marble-sculpted bathrooms, an 18th century carved stone fireplace, an 1,800-square-foot guest cottage, and an infinity edge pool.

The 100-year-old proper, which was recently redesigned by Jeffrey Collé, isn’t the duo’s only new home. In June, the Carters reportedly purchased a 30,000-square-foot home on 1.86 acres of land in Bel-Air for about $90 million.

Hov and Bey recently added twins Rumi and Sir to their family, which already includes 5-year-old Blue Ivy.

Before getting to enjoy his newest purchase, Jigga is heading out on the “4:44 Tour,” which runs from Oct. 27 through Dec. 21. Before that, the Carters will also co-headline their upcoming third annual TIDAL X concert to benefit hurricane relief.
